This policy page exists to keep things transparent, fair, & safe for myself & the client. Coaching & mentorship are deeply personal experiences & having clear boundaries helps us create a healthy, respectful, supportive space to work together. These policies aren’t to intimidate you; they’re simply here to protect your time, my time, the integrity of the work we do, & the energy of our coaching relationship! My goal is to make sure you always feel informed, supported & clear about what to expect every step of the way!

  • Monthly Payments for any memberships are non-refundable under all circumstances including:

    • Unused sessions

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Change of interest

    • Inability to commit

    You may cancel future monthly payments at any time. I reserve the right to end a mentorship or coaching agreement if necessary (for misconduct, inactivity, or breach of contract). No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

    Payments paid in full are eligible for up to a 10% partial refund, regardless of:

    • Unused calls

    • Unused resources

    • Early cancellation

    • Schedule changes

    Any payments beyond 10% require a mutual agreement in writing between both parties.

  • After you submit your deposit for any coaching, mentorship, or business service, your intro call will be scheduled within 48 hours.

    If you are not contacted within 48 hours to book your intro call, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.

    If you miss, reschedule, or delay your intro call on your end, refunds do not apply.

  • All digital products are final sale due to the nature of the instant delivery. No refunds are granted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Accidental purchase

    • Inability to download on your end

    If you do not receive your eBook, you may email me & I will resent it or provide an alternative delivery method.

  • Coaching & mentorship services are meant for education, guidance, & personal development. They are not a replacement for medical care, legal services, crisis counseling, or financial advising.

    By booking a service you agree to:

    • Show up on time to scheduled calls

    • Communicate respectfully

    • Complete any required forms or assessments

    • Take personal responsibility for your growth & results

    Harassment, inappropriate messages, dishonesty, aggressive behavior, or any breach of boundaries will result in immediate termination of the service agreement with no refund.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please try to give a 24hr notice! The session will be moved to the next available opening. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited & will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • All mentorships, coaching plans, & business development services require a signed contract before starting.

    No service will begin without the contract being signed.

  • All information shared during sessions, emails, forms, or Google Classroom interactions remains strictly confidential unless legally required otherwise.

  • Many services include access to a private Google Classroom where resources, assignments, & progress tracking are hosted. Access will remain available only for the duration of your coaching or mentorship agreement.

  • Guided By Liyah reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, inappropriate, or misaligned with the coaching agreement.

  • Results depends on the client’s effort, consistency, & participation. While I provide tools, strategies, & guidance, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.

  • All materials provided (PDFs, lessons, worksheets, videos) are for personal use only & may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
